The Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to be relentless about driving narrow traffic from ad to subscription. You'll work with leadership to build a strategy around performance and organic marketing, and then execute against it with a small team and support from product, creative, and technology. Healthtech experience not necessary, but a passion for health and medicine is critical. You have experience in building higher price point B2C service models, and you have had success at a previous company during its formative years. Some product experience a plus. You're looking to get your hands dirty again and recreate magic from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build a waitlist and maintain interest while the product prepares for launch
  • Create a strategy to drive customer acquisition
  • Establish a baseline using thoughtful and diverse tests
  • Iterate on the strategy with a heavy emphasis on funnels / cohort curves
  • Grow a small (2-3) and diverse team to broaden footprint
